The vLoader 250 by Volkmann is designed for the automatic filling of 3D printers with metal powder. This system ensures a continuous and secure supply of metal powder, protecting both the powder and the environment. The integrated vacuum conveyor transports powder through pipelines up to 25 meters long with a height difference of up to 5 meters. The system features an intermittent operation mode, first filling its buffer container before transferring powder to the printer’s supply. The vLoader 250 is compatible with various sources such as vHub 250, PowTReX, GloveBoxes, and IBC docking stations. Manual extraction is also supported. Additionally, the optional vDryer module can dry the metal powder to improve its flowability, enhancing the quality of printed components.
