Designed by Siempharma, it incorporates an endless screw for product spacing, control mechanisms for load and successful labelling, and ejection of unsuitable products. Featuring tunnel protections, position indicators, and a touch screen interface, it ensures quick format changes and easy operation. The aluminum chassis with stainless-steel panels provides durability while Lexan doors ensure safety. The system is compliant with industry standards such as CFR21 part 11 and EU ANNEX 11, and is preconfigured for Track & Trace. The ETF-300 functions seamlessly with thermal transfer, thermal inkjet, and laser printing technologies, ensuring versatility in labelling. Additionally, it includes UV sensors for label presence detection and a bin for rejected bottles, promoting quality control.
