The Crumb Breading Machine from ANKO is designed to efficiently apply breadcrumbs to food items, such as meat, seafood, or vegetables, ensuring a consistent and even coat. This machine features an adjustable stainless-steel conveyor system that evenly coats products with crumbs from both the top and bottom. Additionally, a vibrating conveyor helps shake off excess crumbs and flour, which are then recycled back into the system, minimizing waste. Built from stainless steel, the machine is durable and easy to disassemble for cleaning. With dimensions of 2,200 mm in length, 970 mm in width, and 1,500 mm in height, the Crumb Breading Machine has a capacity of 280 kg/hr and operates at 1.88 kW. It is particularly suitable for dry crumb applications and can handle a net weight of 350 kg.
