Automatic cheese stack and grouping system

In high-volume cheese processing, maintaining consistent stack and group production rates can be challenging. This complexity arises from the need to optimize speed and efficiency while ensuring uniformity in stack sizes without significant manual intervention.

Automates stacking, grouping, and feeding of cheese

The SOS FreeStacker S180 by Hochland Natec is designed for continuous stacking and grouping of single slice-on-slice (SOS) cheese stacks. It operates as part of the Natec Network FreeSlice® system or as a standalone unit. The FreeStacker S180 automatically handles stack formation and grouping with precision, accommodating stack sizes from 2 to 6. The system further supports production efficiency by eliminating the need for an additional operator, as it can be managed alongside the wrapper operator. With an impressive capacity of feeding 20 to 180 stacks per minute and outputting 10 to 90 grouped stacks per minute, it significantly enhances throughput. The compact design, measuring 3,300 x 1,000 x 1,700 mm, makes it versatile for integration into various production environments. Moreover, the system features easy removal of conveyor belts for cleaning and maintenance, along with options for additional functionalities such as mobile design, buffering stations, and automatic discharge.
