The Kulp KAP 936 Automatic Capping System is designed to handle multiple cap types, including metal twist-off caps, plastic screw caps, and metal screw caps. Featuring an integrated cap elevator, it continuously feeds caps to the mechanical sorting system, enabling seamless transitions between cap types. The system accommodates containers of various shapes—round, oval, square, and rectangular—without the need for change parts. The capping head uses a step motor for adjustable torque and includes special plastic moulds to prevent cap damage. With a user-friendly touchscreen interface available in multiple languages, adjustments for container height and width are made simple via handwheel and numerator mechanisms. The system sports a heavy-duty stainless steel frame, lighted cabin with polycarbonate covers, and security switches for safety. The KAP 936 runs on a 380 volts / 50-60 Hz electrical power supply and features a 3-meter, speed-adjustable conveyor line.
