The Automatic Bottle Washer from Accutek Packaging Equipment is designed to prep containers for filling operations by utilizing various cleaning mediums such as compressed gas, washing liquid, sanitizing liquid, or rinse liquid. This washer is equipped with an Automatic Bottle Indexing (ABI) System, up to 12 nozzle jets, a recovery basin, and a soft grip bottle grabber, all integrated on a heavy-duty stainless-steel frame. Suitable for diverse container sizes, the system is easily adjustable to ensure thorough cleaning. The touch screen control package offers straightforward integration and operation within existing packaging lines. Optional upgrades like manifold enhancements, multiple cycle operations, and liquid recirculation make the system extremely adaptable. Specifications include electrical requirements of 110 VAC 10 AMP, air requirements of 110 PSI at 3 CFM, and operational speeds of up to 80 containers per minute.
