The TF220 blister packaging machine from FamarTec is the perfect solution for medium-volume production lines, as it can produce up to 250 blisters per minute. Despite this excellent performance, the TF220 has been designed to be as compact as possible, with the flexibility to integrate into any existing production line, or to be specified as part of a new line. The TF220 can be supplied with an output belt that either runs inline, or exits at 90 degrees (front or rear), giving you the greatest flexibility when designing your packaging line.

TF220 is fitted with a roller sealing unit, ensuring a completely airtight seal on every single blister. It has been developed to be suitable for packaging a wide range of products, and despite its increased performance, it also offers quick and simple product changeover. The in-built control system stores all presets, allow the all-servo motor units to change rapidly and precisely, maintaining quality.

Recognising the needs of modern manufacturing, the TF220 is built to full GMP standards. Using an all-stainless steel balcony construction gives the unit strength and durability, and yet allows it to be built to a highly compact footprint: just 2700mm x 1240mm x 1840mm.

This machine has a full range of additional units that can be specified, including vibrating pre-feed hopper, universal or dedicated auto feed, checking for micro holes in forming aluminium, visual conformity inspection camera, auto-rejection system, and code/batch number printing using various methods. The TF220 comes with a remote support capability as standard. This means engineers can diagnose any issues online, reducing any downtime associated with breakdowns or machine alarm codes.
