Achieving up to 12 cakes per minute, the system is ideal for high-volume production environments. It supports various icings, including buttercream and whipped topping, ensuring perfect finishes every time. Key features include computerized production speeds, performance monitoring, and a touch screen interface for operator control. Optional modules such as the Servo Layer Cake System and Cake Stacker further enhance production efficiency. The system requires no tools for washdown, minimizing maintenance time. Power specifications are air: 6 CFM @ 80 psi and electrical: 110 or 220 VAC.
