The compact Weber SmartLoader is a fully automatic side loading system designed by Weber Maschinenbau Germany. It facilitates the efficient and hygienic insertion of individual products or entire portions of cold cuts. The system includes a servo-motor-driven line-up conveyor and a grouping conveyor, both designed with retraction belts for precision handling. This setup allows the SmartLoader to transfer portions from the upstream component, creating the required portion format, including overlapping and format setting. With up to two tracks, the SmartLoader can handle portions or individual slices at rates of up to 150/170 per track per minute, depending on size. The hygienic design and easy operation further enhance its utility in food production environments.
