The ATEX isolator by Comecer is designed to perform weighing and powder transfer procedures in a safe environment. The isolator features an ATEX compliant chamber, fully PLC controlled operation, and a user-friendly HMI for seamless interactions. It includes a glass front wall that fully opens, facilitating easy access, and a sliding tray along with internal storage systems made from stainless steel AISI 316L. The filtration system includes a single inlet stage within the enclosure and a double output stage, optimizing airflow and ensuring clean operations. Integrated sensors monitor the oxygen levels and Magnehelic manometers control the internal pressure. For maintaining hygiene, the chamber is equipped with two spray balls and spray guns. The isolator also has automatic valves for air flow interception and a remote panel scale for accurate weighing. A specific feature is the RTP system and a barrier sack with an interlocking door on the operating surface for secure transfer and discharge of materials, supported by an automatic lift trolley for easy transport of rejects. This isolator ensures safety in the handling of highly explosive substances, ideal for pharmaceutical applications.
