The Agitated Nutsche Filter Dryer (ANFD) by PSL (Powder Systems Limited) is an integrated system designed for efficient washing, isolating, and drying of solids in chemical synthesis. Each ANFD features an agitated vessel that operates under vacuum or pressure and is equipped with both a heated jacket and a heated agitator. Constructed from stainless steel or alloy 22, and optionally coated with PFA (perfluoroalkoxy alkane), these dryers ensure robust performance even under harsh conditions. They are particularly well-suited for processes in pharmaceuticals, fine chemicals, and precious metals industries. The system complies with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and can handle filtration areas from 0.05m² to 1.0m² and filter cake volumes ranging from 1 to 400 liters, making it versatile for different production scales.
