The A-type rotary feeder by Zeppelin Systems is designed for feeding and discharging powder and pelleted bulk materials in both pneumatic vacuum and pressurized conveying systems. It operates efficiently under differential pressures up to 1.0 bar (g), thanks to its robust and low-maintenance construction. The feeder is available in seven sizes (160-500), accommodating various application needs with optimal spacing of the 10-chamber rotor to minimize gas leakage. The robust, ribbed cast housing and integrated leakage-gas nozzles make it durable and reliable. Additionally, it features shaft-sealing rings to ensure airtight operation and supports mechanical temperature resistance ranging from -10 to +60°C. This feeder complies with the Machinery Directive, offers an EC type examination certificate, and is ATEX conformant.
