The Flextronic by Sipa Solutions is a modular, electronic volumetric filling system designed for PET bottles. Its unique platform allows for the integration of various filling valves, making it capable of handling still, carbonated, and hot-filled products, even those with pulp. The Flextronic system uses AISI 316 stainless steel in its valves to ensure durability and hygiene. It features a magnetic flow meter for accurate product dosing and allows for quick changeovers between products. The range can output between 7,000 to 72,000 bottles per hour, depending on the valve configuration and type of liquid. The Sincro Bloc configuration integrates blowing, filling, and capping, enhancing the process efficiency and reducing contamination risks. Applications include carbonated and non-carbonated soft drinks, mineral water, fruit juices, milk, edible oils, and personal care products.
