The Grinder Plus from Selmi is designed to transform cocoa nibs into a refined cocoa mass for chocolate production. This grinder uses stainless steel pins and roller crushers to pre-refine cocoa nibs into particles ranging from 100 to 300 microns. This machine is versatile, also capable of refining dried fruit, making it an excellent alternative to vertical cutters. Its compact dimensions and 15 kg hopper make it suitable for medium to large laboratories. With an hourly production rate of 35 to 40 kg, it’s efficient for continuous production. The Grinder Plus operates on a 220 V single phase power supply and requires 4 Kw of power.
