This equipment integrates seamlessly with existing production lines, allowing for continuous, high-speed operations suitable for patisseries and chocolateries. With a working width of 320 mm and adjustable lengths from 3 to 8 meters, the Tunnel 200/250 can handle various chocolate applications, including enrobing pralines, moulding chocolate bars, and cooling ganache fillings. The system supports multiple tempering machines, facilitating easy switching of chocolate colors and types.</p>
