The MS 1 from Multigel is an automatic capsule loader designed to complement the MS 6 AUT capsule filler as part of an automatic capsule production system.

Available in full and semi-automatic options, the MS 1 can quickly align and load batches of either 150 or 300 capsules into filling trays. The MS 1 is able to fill a 300-capacity tray in under 40 seconds, offering a throughput of up to 30,000 capsules per hour.

Designed for maximum flexibility, the MS 1 can align, and load capsules sized from 000 to 5. Its footprint is only 410mm x 700mm meaning it can be placed in the most convenient place for workflow to the capsule filler.

Cleaning is swift and straightforward thanks to all product-contacting parts being easily and quickly removable. This reduces time taken in cleaning and maintenance.

<h2>Effective packaging solution for pharmaceutical bottles</h2>
The CVC’s 1266 Bottle Unscrambler is a variable packaging solution developed to automatically feed empty plastic bottles from a bin and place them on a conveyor. The empty bottles are received in bulk which are then lifted and deposited. The unscrambler orients, processes, and positions the bottles onto a moving conveyor for further downstream processing. The machine can handle up to 200-250 empty bottles per minute, either running independently or being integrated into an automated packaging line.

The Pharmaceutical bottle unscrambler is equipped with a Human Machine Interface (HMI) panel, which accelerate the working process. The machine can also be equipped with ionized air rinse assembly, sensors to detect upside down bottle, fallen bottle reject assembly, sensors to check hopper level, tower lamp and static eliminator bar.

The CVC’s 1112 Canister Desiccant Inserter is designed to sort and dispense desiccant barrels into containers. It operates at a speed of up to 150 bottles per minute and can run independently or be integrated into an automated packaging line. The machine is fully automated, controlled by a programmable logic control (PLC) system and servo motor. It can be programmed to allow the insertion of up to 5 desiccant canisters per container without any additional changing parts.

The Canister Desiccant has a small discharge passage with an insertion gate right next to the bottle opening, for positive insertion of desiccants. It is equipped with precision photoelectric sensors to make its operation extremely accurate. It also has a front safety guard which, when opened allows to stop the machine automatically.
