The contact parts are made of 316L stainless steel, ensuring high corrosion resistance and purity. Other parts, including the frame, are constructed from 304 stainless steel. The tank features an insulation layer free of asbestos and chlorine, covered with a 304 stainless steel shell, providing thermal efficiency and safety. The inner wall is electro-polished while the outer wall has a hairline finish, minimizing contamination and facilitating easy cleaning. The side wall interfaces use N/A connections to avoid dead legs. This tank is equipped with various accessories such as a manhole, vent filter, spray ball, diaphragm pressure gauge, temperature sensor, level sensor, and bursting disc. Ensuring complete functionality and safety for the storage of WFI, it includes features like an absolute vent filter with electric heating, sanitary valve for WFI feeding, automatic valve for discharge, and integrated instrumentation for pressure and temperature monitoring.
