Ensures precise product weighing and filling
The weighing and crate filling station from Sormac is designed to accurately weigh and deposit a wide range of (cut) vegetables into crates. It features a conveyor belt or vibrator that deposits the product into a weighing bin, halting once the desired weight is achieved. This ensures exact product measurements. The weighed product is then deposited into the crate. For continuous operations, an additional buffer bin can be added. The station can also be equipped with a dosing vibrator for even greater precision. Optional components such as a roller conveyor or modular link belt can be added for manual or automatic operation. The maximum production capacity is 360 crates per hour, depending on the desired weight per crate.
