The EASY.RM system by A Due is specifically designed for in-line micro dosing of salts and flavorings, suitable for producing mineral water, flavored water, and functional water variants such as alkaline or curative water. The system efficiently manages all phases of mineral water recipe execution: dissolving, dosing, and mixing various ingredients (flavors, salts, acids, vitamins, natural extracts, lemon juice, sugar substitutes, powder milk or cacao) in different physical states and packaging forms. EASY.RM includes safety filtration for undissolved salts and final disinfection using UV lamps, ozone, or thermal treatment, ensuring the water meets the desired mineral content. The system offers continuous, automated operation and in-line control of pH, conductivity, and flow rate, with capacity ranging from 10,000 to 100,000 liters per hour per unit.
