The Bigfill, offered by Sipa Solutions, is an electronic rotary volumetric filler engineered for bottling still liquid products in large PET bottles, up to 20 liters. The filler is designed to optimize the filling process with high flow performance and speed modulation. A unique feature is the non-contact electronic valve with magnetic flow meter, ensuring no direct contact between the valve and bottle. This prevents contamination and allows for precise control of the filled volume. All parts in contact with the product are made of AISI 316L stainless steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and simplifying maintenance. Additionally, the system includes features like automatically engaged dummy bottles and an optional microbiological isolator for enhanced hygiene. The Bigfill is particularly suited for non-carbonated mineral water, demineralized water, and edible oil. Its filling capacity ranges from 2,800 to 18,000 bottles per hour for 5-liter bottles using water.
