The EI-type Bucket Elevator from WAMGROUP specializes in the vertical elevation of fine aggregates and minerals. Designed to operate at low speed, it is made from hot-galvanized carbon steel for durability. The elevator consists of a head and a foot section with roller bearings to support the bucket carrier belt. An intermediate trunking section allows for bucket assembly and inspection. The buckets are abrasion-resistant Nylon PA6 or mild steel, ensuring extended longevity. This equipment is suitable for handling materials up to 5 mm in size and offers throughput rates of up to 500 m3/h with discharge heights up to 44 meters. Available in ATEX models and with an option for full stainless steel construction.
