Validated uniform heating of +/-1°C across the shelves makes it suitable for the most stringent batch processing requirements. The unit’s cGMP-compliant design includes suspended shelves to prevent product traps, metallic internal contact parts for easy cleaning validation, and a flat metallic door for simplified cleaning in controlled environments. Integrated with PSL’s Automation Platform, users can achieve reproducibility and data recording by pre-designing and pre-loading process recipes. The system is compatible with major international software automation standards including GAMP5 and 21 CFR Part 11. For potent or toxic substances, containment options include integration with downflow booths and PSL isolators.
