Capable of processing up to 52 pieces per minute, it accommodates bag sizes ranging from 8 to 20 inches. The system utilizes either 8 or 16 rotating vacuum nozzles based on production needs, ensuring securely clipped packages with each cycle. With multiple safety features and a hygienic, easy-to-clean design, the Rota-Matic meets international standards and promotes reliable performance. Ideal for use in packaging whole birds, whole muscle meats, cheese blocks, fresh ground meat chubs, and sausage chubs, the system is perfect for high-volume operations. The fluted, Teflon vacuum probes ensure durability, while the optional second pump maximizes air evacuation, further enhancing processing speed. The Rota-Matic is available in two models, each optimized for specific product types: the Rota-Matic I for poultry and the Rota-Matic III for products such as packaged pork shoulders and hams, both offering consistently tight packages through design innovations like angled and flat tables.
