The Pressa Sottovuoto VACUUM SYSTEM OMNIA by Siprem International is a patented vacuum press system designed to extract juice from a wide range of soft-pulp fruits such as apples, kiwis, and berries. By evacuating air from the system before processing, it prevents oxidation and retains the fruit’s original characteristics. The system features two internal pressing membranes made from non-toxic food-grade PVC, which compress the fruit towards the central drainage area. Lightweight, removable drainage elements facilitate easy cleaning. The press operates with various tank capacities from 20 to 76 hectoliters and power requirements ranging from 2.0 kW to 8.0 kW. Additionally, the system supports augmented reality for detailed diagnostics, enhancing operational efficiency.
