It uniquely separates the traditional vacuum gassing seaming operations into two distinct stages. In the first stage, air is evacuated from the filled can and replaced with an inert N2/CO2 gas mix. The can then moves to a single seaming station, ensuring low oxygen levels within the sealed can. The system’s design ensures a virtually dust-free environment with powder-free seams and uses minimal CO2 and nitrogen per kilogram produced. It is specifically designed to handle powder applications and is built with 304 stainless steel, with FDA-approved 316 stainless steel contact parts.
