The TORUSMILL® SKV5 vacuum basket mill from VMA-Getzmann is designed for fine milling high viscosity products under vacuum, avoiding air inclusions during production. Available with motor power from 30 kW to 45 kW and suitable for containers up to 1250 liters, it features a patented pump wheel and a dissolver disc that provide excellent circulation and a narrow particle size distribution. The integrated double-walled milling basket allows for effective cooling and heating. The cover, equipped with an adjustable height locking mechanism and a product feed system, supports various sensors and safety features. This innovative design makes the TORUSMILL® SKV5 versatile across multiple industries such as paints, varnishes, adhesives, coatings, and more, ensuring high-efficiency and repeatable dispersion results.
