The Tunnel Pasteurizer by Co.Mac is designed for the pasteurization of already packaged products like cans and bottles. This system features a robust stainless steel AISI 304 structure, which undergoes abrasive blasting and a protective coating for durability. It operates by transporting bottles and cans on a plastic chain through various sections encountering upper showers at different temperatures. Users can set the feed rate to adjust cycle duration via an operator panel. To conserve cooling water, the cycle is programmed with instrumentation that maintains constant water temperature in the tanks. The unit includes inside tanks feeding the upper showers, command and control instruments outside, automatic over-pasteurization prevention during conveyor stops, and easy-to-clean extractable double panel filters. The stainless steel electrical panel, complete with an operator interface, allows for real-time monitoring and control adjustments.
