The system’s built-in touch control panel is resistant to water, dirt, and oil, facilitating user access to various washing programs. For added efficiency, an optional lubrication unit can spray oil on trays, with precise control over oil quantity and pressure. The Multi-Clean system also includes a return conveyor, enabling single-person operation and reducing manual handling. This system supports HACCP compliance, reduces water and detergent use through automatic dosing, and allows for the hygienic treatment of up to 600 trays per hour.
