The ZG Loading Bellows from WAMGROUP efficiently manage the task of loading dry, dusty bulk solids into tankers. These bellows feature inner tapered cones that contain the material flow and an outer double bellows for effective dust removal. A durable neoprene chute covered with Hypalon® ensures weather resistance, high abrasion resistance, and durability, making it suitable for various harsh environments. With lifting cables located outside the material flow, these bellows minimize wear and tear. A polymer-coated cone at the lower end serves as an effective dust seal, while the level control device inside the cone signals when the tanker is full, automatically adjusting the bellows. This system achieves a maximum throughput rate of 250 m³/h for the ZG model and operates efficiently within a temperature range of -40 to 150°C. Options including an ATEX version, various fabrication materials, control panels, and level indicators make the ZG Loading Bellows highly adaptable to different operational needs.
