The GS EVOLUTION is a highly automated solid-wall pan developed by IMA Group, designed for film and sugar coating of tablets, and powder layering to produce pellets and microgranules. This coating pan features a patented drying system and offers excellent mixing and uniform distribution of coating material thanks to the pan’s shape and surface smoothness. With options for different paddle sizes and two pan types (standard or spiralled), this system provides flexibility in terms of working capacities and discharge methods. The GS EVOLUTION ensures complete isolation of the processing area with inflatable seals on front and rear doors, making it suitable for the safe processing of high potent products. The coating pan is available in multiple models to handle varied capacities, from as little as 0.5 liters to as much as 850 liters. It also supports automatic and easy-to-validate cleaning cycles, reducing downtime.
