The Delta Combination Ink Print and Laser Writer from RW Hartnett is designed to mark one or both sides of tablets, soft gelatin capsules, caplets, or two-piece hard gelatin capsules. It features an adjustable quick-change hopper to achieve maximum fill rates, and it includes two servo-driven print stations and two laser stations. This configuration enables an output rate of 50,000 to 70,000 pieces per hour, ensuring high productivity. Precision print registration is achieved with the servo drive system, while the 15-inch swingarm touchscreen HMI and Wi-Fi connectivity facilitate easy operation and batch recording. The system complies with 21 CFR Part 11 and holds CE and UL certifications. Additional options include a vision inspection system with single-piece rejection, an ink viscosity system, a rubber roll cleaning system, and validation document packages.
