The MST300H is a strip packing solution by Marchesini Group designed for packing solid products such as bottlepacks and blisters in sealed strips. It features a horizontal feeding unit that fills, seals, and discharges the strip at the outfeed section. The balcony-type construction with separate motorization ensures ergonomic operation, easy maintenance, and enhanced safety. The system can process various thermo-sealable films with its two reel holders equipped with reel end control sensors. The strip packing unit also includes a film pulling unit with a clutch, and a vertical film cutting unit, driven by a servomotor for precise cuts. Built with a stainless steel AISI304S frame, it is available in standalone or connected versions, and is compliant with cGMP standards. The MST300H can produce up to 100 cuts per minute, making it a high-speed, efficient option for strip packing.
