The Standard Batch Mixer by Inox-Fer is specifically designed for the efficient blending of salt, sugar, pectin, various additives, whey protein, and Xanthan gum. Operating with a centrifugal pump and Venturi effect, the system sucks fluid from a tank and powerfully integrates it with products from a hopper. This results in a perfectly homogeneous mix, which is kept in recirculation for a few minutes before being transferred. Available in two versions, the TMV Mixer for high viscous blends and the DR Mixer for low viscous blends, this mixer includes optional features like a heat exchanger for thermal conditioning, a touch-screen operator interface with customized recipes, and a CIP washing system. Tank capacities range from 300 to 5000 liters, making it adaptable for various production scales.
