The system features high-speed reel replacement, automatic material unwinding, punching, cutting, and sealing processes. With capabilities to produce up to 400 pouches per minute, Kompakta ensures efficient production with minimal downtime, thanks to its quick and simple size changeover mechanism. The standard equipment includes an end-of-line packer to organize pouches into rows for seamless insertion into boxes or trays, further enhancing productivity. Kompakta is suitable for a wide range of materials, including triplex and quadruplex films, and supports pouch heights from 100 to 200 mm and widths from 70 to 150 mm.
