Square plansifter for flour production
In flour mills, classifying and sifting ground grains such as wheat, rye, and corn is crucial. The effective separation of various grain types ensures quality flour production, addressing issues of consistency and purity.

Optimize grain sifting efficiently
The GRANDSIFTER SQUARE PLANSIFTER from Ugur Makine is a crucial component in flour production. It plays a key role in sifting and classifying grains that have been ground by rollers. The plansifter consists of two main compartments with sieve cases, all bolted to a steel frame. With adjustable shaking mechanisms on both sides, the entire setup is suspended from the ceiling using suspension rods. This sifter is designed to handle a variety of grains, including wheat, rye, corn, and durum. Depending on the sieve type, the plansifter provides a net screening area ranging from 24 to 120 square meters. This steel-constructed machine is capable of high-capacity operation due to its intense oscillatory motion. It also offers up to 28 sieve frames in each cabinet and features easily cleanable, formica-covered wooden sieves, and tin-plated steel sheet or optional formica sieve trays.
