The FD Series by IMA is designed to dose and wrap soup cubes with precision, catering to specific production requirements. The series handles various wrapping materials such as parchment, backed alufoil, or other flexible materials. The FD12 model achieves high speeds of up to 1,200 portions per minute (ppm), perfect for maximizing productivity. For medium speeds, the FD8 can handle up to 800 ppm, allowing flexibility in operations. For lower production requirements, the FD220 model runs at 280 ppm. All models incorporate features like electronically controlled weight adjustments and paste heating/cooling capabilities, ensuring high efficiency and minimal waste while maintaining product consistency.
