Silicone spraying unit for laboratory and small-scale production

In laboratory settings and small-scale production, ensuring uniform silicone treatment of cartridges, syringes, and bottles is essential for maintaining high-quality standards. Traditional methods can be inconsistent and labor-intensive, posing challenges in process reliability and setup time.

Ensures uniform silicone treatment

The SVS 9061 from Bausch+Ströbel is a compact, semi-automatic solution designed for the silicone treatment of cartridges, syringes, and bottles. This unit uses either silicone oil or silicone emulsion, with operating parameters that can be directly transferred to fully automatic systems for larger-scale production. The semi-automatic design provides high process reliability and a centralized, easy-to-operate interface. A short set-up time and compatibility with high-capacity systems make it ideal for laboratory, small-scale, and trial production. Optional features include various alternative silicone spraying systems, atomizer nozzles based on the Venturi principle, magnetic stirrers, and pressurized vessels for silicone oil. It also includes systems for air treatment, featuring HEPA filters and pressure reducers for atomizing air. The equipment supports a range of checking and alarm devices, vision systems compatible with cleanroom environments, and software upgrades for enhanced functionality.
