The Semi Automatic 5 Gallon Bottle Blow Molding Machine (SBM20L) by Alps Machine provides a versatile solution for producing PET containers in sizes ranging from 0.1L to 20L. This system is designed to produce various bottle types including mineral water, carbonated drink, juice, pesticide, oil, daily chemical, and cosmetic bottles. Capable of achieving a production rate of 800 to 1500 pieces per hour, the equipment offers flexibility with its semi-automatic operation, requiring less labor while maintaining high output. Each system includes either one or two blowers combined with an oven to ensure rapid and consistent bottle formation. The machine supports maximum bottle heights up to 350mm and diameters up to 120mm, with a power consumption of 15KW to 25KW depending on the model. Additionally, high pressure air consumption ranges from 1.0 to 1.2 cubic meters per minute at 30kg pressure, and the system’s compact design supports easy maintenance with weights ranging from 500kg to 800kg.
