It consists of a heated mixing tank where oil suspensions or sweet water-based slurries are prepared and maintained at the desired temperature. The mixture is then evenly applied to dried extrudates using a dosimeter and application system within a seasoning drum. The system includes specialized mixing tools, such as the turbo mixing tool, which ensures ingredients are thoroughly combined. Additionally, both slurry and dry seasoning dosing systems are incorporated, enabling volumetric or gravimetric dosing for precise and consistent seasoning application.
