The redesigned metering pump enhances speed and reliability, while the improved casing hopper design ensures gentler handling of casings. The new linking assembly utilizes food-grade polyurethane belts that do not stretch over time, allowing faster linking speeds. Vertical surfaces are designed to aid sanitation, and the mechanical and electrical components incorporate the latest technology. This system can process up to 3,000 kg/h (6,600 lbs/hr) and accommodates sausage calibers ranging from 14-34 mm.
