Equipped with a body labeling station and a label checking station, both adjustable on five axes, it ensures versatility and precision. The system includes a label distributor driven by stepping motors, providing accurate label placement. Built from stainless steel, it is durable and easy to maintain. The machine operates at a speed of 4000 bottles per hour, offering a high throughput. It also includes additional stations for wraparound neck labels and DOCG neck bands or “I”-shaped labels. Designed to be integrated into existing bottling lines, it features automatic speed control, a touchscreen control panel, and several safety features, enhancing usability and safety for operators.
