The Hull i-Dositecno Microline Rotary Filler is designed for precision filling, stoppering, and crimping of pharmaceutical vials. Capable of handling up to 6000 units per hour, it works with stainless steel or ceramic rotary piston pumps, as well as peristaltic pumps for varied dosing needs. The system can be integrated with vial washers, depyrogenation tunnels, freeze dryers, and tray loaders to form a full line solution. Compatible with cGMP and FDA standards, it includes features like servo-driven movement, star wheel controlled by a servo-motor, and nozzles with a special rugosity of <0.5 for injectable products. The system also supports high containment solutions with RABs or isolator enclosures, and is sterilizable by H2O2 or autoclave methods.
