Rice processing separator for cleaner rice production

Efficient rice processing is crucial for maximizing yield and maintaining quality. Separating unstripped plants from rice after the initial milling process can improve overall product cleanliness and reduce waste.

Separates and recycles unstripped rice for reprocessing

The Vibro Badi from Ugur makine is designed to separate and return unstripped rice and plants to the stripping machine for additional processing. This dual-body system, mounted on a single chassis, enhances the capacity of rice processing plants while minimizing energy consumption. It achieves this through independent adjustments on each body while using the same power mechanism. Equipped with control sensors at the entry depot, it activates processing only when the depot is filled to the optimal level, thereby conserving energy. The chromium, multi-pocket garbler utilizes structural differences to effectively separate clean rice, unstripped rice, and mixtures that require further milling. With three distinct output channels, the clean rice proceeds to the next phase, mixed outputs are returned for additional processing, and unstripped rice is cycled back to the stripper.

Benefits

  • Increases overall capacity of rice processing plants
  • Reduces energy consumption with sensor-based control
  • Improves product cleanliness and quality
  • Minimizes waste by recycling unstripped rice
  • Allows independent adjustment for optimized efficiency
