The Temper-Flow cooker by Lyco Manufacturing is designed for high-volume processing to deliver fully cooked, low-moisture rice. This cooker integrates with the Clean-Flow blancher to create a full-absorption system, ensuring uniform cooking and optimized water usage. Utilizing a continuous first in/first out process, the Temper-Flow guarantees reliability and repeatability through its Hydro-Flow® agitation system and Allen-Bradley PLC controls. This setup features sanitary designs with two-way flip-top covers and CIP systems, making it suitable for various large-scale applications such as rice, potatoes, and dry beans.
