The QuickChange NV and QuickChange PT systems by Sweco are designed to streamline the screen-changing process for round vibratory separators. The QuickChange NV uses closed loop hydraulic lifters mounted off the unit’s base or the plant floor, allowing a single operator to change screens without assistance. The QuickChange PT, on the other hand, employs two air cylinders within independently mounted towers, using pneumatic power to engage and lift the frame stack for screen changes. Available in carbon and stainless steel for 48 and 60-inch units, these systems significantly reduce downtime and enhance productivity.
