The LABO LINE is a compact preparation system designed by Marchesini (Cosmatic) for producing lipsticks in retail settings or small laboratories. This unit features a stainless steel table, bulk heating with a magnetic stirrer, and silicone mold heating at four positions. Manual filling is performed using a becher, ensuring precise control over each batch. The cooling system, which operates at +1° C, and vacuum demolding at one position streamline the process. The system includes three bechers each holding 25 ml, and it achieves an output of up to 100 pieces per hour. The LABO LINE requires only one operator, making it an efficient solution for smaller-scale lipstick production.
