The PHL Powder Hopper Loaders from AEC (ACS Group) are designed specifically for conveying free-flowing powder materials such as PVC, PE, and dusty regrind. This unit features a high-performance three-stage centrifugal vacuum motor, providing robust and reliable suction power. The SRC style vacuum receiver, constructed from stainless steel, ensures durability and resistance to corrosion. A twin bag filter assembly, made from acrylic-lined filter media, offers enhanced filtration, while the high flow blowback valve with accumulator and electrical quick disconnect facilitates easy maintenance. The system is equipped with a material demand/level sensor and a dual tube aluminum pick-up wand with 10 feet of vinyl hose for flexibility. Optional features include a brushless motor with Series 1 or Series 1 Plus Controls and an enhanced polyester or Teflon-lined filter bag. The unit operates on 115/1/60 supply voltage but can be customized for 230/1/50 or 230/1/60 power configurations.
