The electrical panel includes illuminated weight parameters and touchscreen control, allowing operators to create custom recipes and perform tasks like automatic tearing after a set number of weights. With its modular feeding belt, the product is elevated to the weighing hopper, which has a maximum capacity of 25 liters (approximately 15 kg). The belt speed adjusts automatically to ensure the pre-set weight is achieved accurately, reducing product giveaway dramatically. The entire system is robust, hygienic, and simple to operate, making it suitable for high-capacity processing environments handling between 1,200 – 1,800 kg per hour depending on the product and operational mode.
