The PBC Portable Agitator by INOXPA is designed for vertical direct motor-driven use with a clamp. Specifically tailored for processes requiring strong and rapid agitation, this agitator is ideal for mixing, dissolution, and dispersion in industries like food processing, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and chemicals. It can be attached to small tanks of up to 1,500 liters, accommodating a range of applications with low-viscosity products. Operating principles involve using a retainer for secure attachment and a combination of bearing support and propeller rotation to maintain optimal fluid dynamics. Featuring an IEC B14 motor running at 1500 rpm, the agitator offers a maximum power output of 0.75 kW. Robust AISI 316L stainless steel components and an IP 55 rating ensure durability and hygiene standards. Optional features include motors with varying protections and speeds, a welded propeller with a finer surface finish, and pneumatic drive capabilities.
