Direct material flow to multiple silos

The TST single-channel diverter valve by Zeppelin Systems is designed to facilitate the feeding of multiple silos and vessels via a pneumatic conveying line. It features a unique internal rotor with patented geometric shaping, allowing it to be used in any conveying direction without structural changes. This valve supports a 90° deflection angle and is available in nine sizes ranging from 100 to 350. Its design ensures impact-free, zero-dead-space transitions, thanks to the continuous circular cross-section. The valve includes a comprehensive sealing concept with options for static and inflatable seals, making it adaptable to varying operational conditions. The robust cast aluminum housing and high-quality stainless steel pipe inserts ensure durability and high operational safety. The TST diverter valve operates under pressures between -1.0 bar and 6.0 bar (g) and withstands temperatures from -20 to +120°C.
